Remember that you'll need to be connected to the internet for all of your DLC to work if you get a different one back. I hate that.

Mine "wasn't under warranty" so I did it myself. But if you're under warranty let them do it and hope for a jasper

Hey, I'm not sure if you knew already but Microsoft is covering E-74's now the way they do RROD. Conspiracy theorists think they are the same thing. But, here's a link. Also, if you've had one recently and paid for repairs they will refund you. But you have to submit a request for a refund before November 1st 2009.

I had this happen to me and this page went up literally the next day. Right after I paid $99.99 to have them fix it. Still waiting for my refund from the bastards.
