    Whoever builds the park originally gets credit for starting the park, however, if someone modifies the park and other people download it, the second person gets the board sales (progression reward). Huh, part 2?

    Am I wrong to speculate that by "increments you want" he means full 3D 360 rotation, or just 2D 360 rotation (perpendicular to floor)?

    If so, creativity is limitless. Especially if you can float objects.

    EDIT: just answered my own question by watching the preview vid again. Full 3d rotation, but still nothing that shows a floating element, unless there is proof somewhere else.

    I don't remember where I saw it.. but there was an interview where it was said that Floating an object wasn't possible. The item can be positioned anywhere but as soon as you exit the editor "gravity" will take over and the object will fall accordingly.
