i haven't played with CAP since the new DLC.

Can you build/drop on the roofs? can you build stairs to get urself up there?

yea you can drop stuff on the roofs and such.
adding the premade staircase(fire escape) IS TOUGH TO WALK UP
you gotta do like a Z pattern with the left analog to get up em. but when you notice the sketchness of how to do it ya get used to it.
on the left side of the street one of the buildings has a bowl


if BB could add new CAP stuff every other couple months and raise the terrain meter, so we can add even more stuff. the level of details we could achieve
would be fuckin insane.
