final cut pro

i got myself a shiny new macbook pro. main reason is to compensate for my tiny cock. second reason is to briden my horizon, especially in final cut.

so, can someone give me like the perfect conversion/settings for flv clips? i wanna avoid rendering clips on the timeline if possible.

EDIT: the conversion progress will probably happen on my PC anyways, so it's more about the right format.
