nah mayne the decade technically rolls over with jan 1 2011.........2000-01 = year 1; 2001-2 = 2 so its like a shelf life of food in a restaurant; 2009-2010 = 10... the new decade rolls over on 1-1-11, so anything that happens until dec 31st is fair game;
and if you really want to get technical bout it; count DOWNS end with 0........ count UPs start with 1... we aint trying to make 2+2=5 here son; just post some shit or stfu you piss drunk
