haha yea, in order to do flips, you have to trigger the bail (RT + LT + LS + RS)... when you do that he tries to grab the board right before. Then if you hold RB while ur jumping you get the flailing animation. If you time it all right with the cannonball animation you can get the jack-knife/can opener grab. That at the ender prolly took me the longest.
