Default Washington Plaza (Xbox 360 | DLC.)

My first post here will be one of my new favorite parks "Options". Washington Plaza was a ghetto inner city park that was transformed into a rich upscale plaza leading to condominiums. Since the neighborhood around it is so rough the security for the plaza is high you've gotta find another way to get in and hit the more beautiful parts. Locals know exactly how to get in, but you've gotta find your own way.

    Rundown

The neighborhood has it's fair share of spots, so if you're too lazy to find a way in you could still chill out here and get some stuff filmed.

The Washington Plaza is a nice little tech spot to hit starting with the Monument a lot of tricks can go up and down this thing.

This Pantheon-esque spot is loaded with potential

The triple 2 set(2 flat 2 flat 2). Normally nothing to be excited over but there is an infinite number of ways to go at shredding this spot.

8 stair handrail/Hi ledge at the entrance to the Condominiums. Look closely at the back to see the Wave Bench which can rode dozens of ways.

Another view of the Entrance along with a huge rocky grass gap which can be cleared different ways.

High Ledge over the Guard Rail, drop into Outer Bank.

I nicknamed it "Options" because there are hundred upon hundred of different ways to skate the entire thing, there is a lot to do like A LOT so explore it and hit in ways I haven't thought of yet. There are still things I haven't shown here because there would be 20 pictures AT LEAST. It's been spot tested by Duce NLS and the rest of team CNBS.

I wasn't even expecting it to be that good! Atmosphere is tight, nice details, good spots.
