the idea behind this park is a mini mall at a resort , by the ocean. It features multiple grass gaps , stairs , & lots of custom handrails . Great stuff man, feeling the buildings. Pic 3 and 4 look great!

I would have liked to see more custom stair and less use of the stock sets though, and I felt that "the big 3" in your last picture was unnecessary since you have a lot of big 3's that seem to be better in the 3rd pic and the left side of the 4th pic. That would have been a good place for smaller steps.

Just some constructive criticism, but the place looks awesome, good job man
