    Default Chadwick Community Center-pics-xbox-dlc

Welcome to The Chadwick Community Center!

Spot story- The Chadwick Community Center used to be where all the local scabs would gather to play tennis...BUT through years of petitioning the youth in Chadwick got enough local support to replace the tennis court with a custom spine ramp and the locals were finally allowed to skate the community center spots without getting kicked out!

    A nice view...(front blunt..)

skates SO well...who wants to film a banger?!

Get tech on one of the custom benches

The spot in the above three pictures is the reason I finished and posted this CAP. Its a windy inclined walking ramp that is...of course...board-wheel accessible.
1 to 1 1/2 pushes is all you need to hit it from the top. Its tech, fun, and ive never seen anyone do something like this before(not saying it hasn't been done)
For all the PS3'ers who like what they see here and dont get to shred the spot here is a clip so you see what your missing!

Ain't nothing wrong with a long rail and hubba as long as its at a realistic height.

The rail you see in this picture is two merged down rails...It doesn't glitch. You can do any grind up across and down. I think its a fluke because after i made it i couldn't replicate it after 10 minutes of trying(maybe you can). Anyway it skates like butter

entrance to the tennis court spine.

    another view of the spine!

As always I encourage all of you to skate, rate, and give me as much feedback as possible! I worked hard on this one but don't let that discourage you from telling me what you think about this spot...good or bad

if that loading/handicap ramp rail skates as good as you say, I'm so hitting that
park looks really nice, you made that tennis theme work; it actually looks a little tennis-y (or golf, same shit)

I know what you mean about fluking two rails together, it's such a bitch to spend like an hour trying to do it again.

The park looks so cool, that walkway is really sweet. I just wanna gap from the upper part to the lower ramp! Get a PS3!

knexor-The two rails at the bottom of the curved walkway take some getting used to but once you figure out how to skate them you can get some really clean tricks. hint- the bump before it makes it so you have to low-pop tricks in order to get up on the rail realistically. Also i just tried that merged up/across/down rail again and it still works like a charm ha.

sarsparillo-Thanks for the feedback man I want to hit that gap too! I tried for a few minutes i think it can be done but its hard as fluck.

Boxerman- definitely give it a shred and let me know what you think! There isn't really a ton of spots here but a lot can be done i hope to see some footage from you!

old-skooler- dood i wish i could shred your parksss. Thanks for the positive feedback man i appreciate it. ha yeah the spot in the second pic was the first thing i made when i started this park and it gave me motivation to keep going.

sounds good! once I get the chance I'll try to come back to this thread and say what I think lol I'm sure it'll be sick though, and if I really like it, I'll for sure get some footy, possibly enough to make a video, but we'll see

Not a fluke, this is the rail I used for my bump-2-grind rl spot in "Parts Place". Good to see someone using it.

Anyways the park looks absolutely amazing. Seriously, the path in the 6th pic looks real cool and fresh. The place looks fun, I will shred it if or when I get home from work!

haha your totally right riverking you did make that rail in parts place i should have given you props for it my bad man. Yeah the ramp in pic 6 skates really well if you go slow and exercise some control/low pop skills. You can also hit a gap that is janky as fluck but looks siick and feels great when you land it. Ill post a little clip of it in a minute.
