I'm not going to lie, I'm a little underwhelmed with the attention some of the work I've put out has gotten, but it also makes the comments you get a bit more meaningful when there's less of 'em.

I've definatly seen some cliques amongst the teams and old heads, but dispite their lack of commentary, they're probably watching, and for the most part all good dudes when you do strike up a convo with 'em.

At the end of the day, you should be enjoying what you're doing, and that should be the satisfaction in it... I'm a big enough man to admit I'm not a big enough man to truely live that one, but that's the best advice that you're going to get on the subject.

And, it's been said, but I'll rephrase: There's very little "newness" left in this hobby. Sure, you see little gaps, or subtle tricks here and there, but I know everything I've done was done before I did it. I just hope I did it my way, and that's all I'm here to show off.

I go through some spurts of commenting on the vids I lurk, but it's gotten to the point with me too that I see so much of the same stuff I feel like I'm just going to repeat myself. And to be REALLY honest, a lot of the highly praised work I see doesn't appeal to me, and that's not a sentiment I wanna share with people. "Sorry bro, I know you worked on this one and it's got a few dudes' attention, but it failed to do anything for me" is kinda the opposite of what this community seems to be about.

I just wish I would have found this place in it's heyday. After a few weeks off of the game, I honestly don't have nearly as strong of an urge to get back into it as I figured I would have. I kinda miss it, but I'm getting a lot of good gaming done I've been putting off, and I feel just as active in this realm as I ever have been...

I dunno. I guess it's on all of us to keep it going any way we can. Or, as I keep saying:

Keep it rolling, keep it Reel.
