in need of Sony Vegas 10 settings!

I have a converter witch converts in 720p but when i upload/render in vegas it is shit quality please if you know how i could improve ill greatly appreciate it

I have only sony vegas 9 pro but I thinks it's quite the same.

my settings for 720p:

- choose MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4)
- take the HD (1280 X 720) preset
-> Render it and it should be 720p

for results with this setting just go to my youtube channel and watch the latest videos
