Suggestion for an off topic thread

Before creating it, don't you guys think having an off-topic thread in the off topic forum would be nice?
Some sort of a "chat thread" where everybody is available to post whatever they want to.

I think that's also a way of keeping the board active every minute.

If any of you is down to create it, do it!
