Dude I fucking know! I am having the same problem and all I do is build dlc caps...but I haven't been able to play them offline. It's robbery if you ask me...I'm not renting content I'm fucking purchasing it and should ALWAYS have access to it, whether I'm connected to the internet or not. Also have the same email problem as you because I set xbox live up yeaaars ago and my email got hacked...so can't verify my account...

Not cool..... So this means when the s3 server is shut down then I cant play 40 dollars worth of stuff I paid for..... So I was renting the dlc lol...
