Personally, I think the first one is fake.

The second one is footage from EA's 2008 line-up video and I think it's Skate. it. A lot of people think it's Skate 2 though.

the first one idk if it is fake or not but the second is from skate 2 as i recall skate.it takes place in a destroyed san vanelona and i dont recall the last spot with the huge ass letters anywhere in san van
