Thanks guys. I really appreciate the feedback. I've never made a vid at just one spot before, and damn it was actually a lot of fun. Can't wait to do week 2.

good edit for sure. found most tricks a bit bland but I figure thats cause ur linking up with real sounds. except the last 2 bangers really killed it. good work and good luck

The real sounds were an after thought, and I add them regardless of what tricks I have filmed. In terms of trick seleciton, thats just the way I like to skate.

Its got to the point in the game for me now where hitting a techy line or a specific trick is not really a challenge anymore. The challenge for is to make each time I do and trick, make look different from the last time by messing with tweaks and glitches, and changing styles midway through tricks to alter the animation etc. Plus i like try different ways of filming sometimes too, thanks for the feedback though.

oh ok. those things are really subtle but I think I see it. just felt maybe to many flip tricks down the stair set in a row. I actually wanna try some of that but ramping it so you can see the difference.

try skating as pros. that really changes the animations.

Tbh the number of flip tricks down the stairs was due to the song. If you notice after my last flip trick the second drop on the song comes in where I switch it grinds, before changing it up for the finish.

Yeah I love stealing styles, Mike Carroll and Jason Dill styles both make appearances in the video, as does Rob Dyrdeks. As far I am aware none of the other pros have unique styles or trick variations. The rest are either aggressive or in the case of Jerry Hsu Loose.

Its a shame Reynolds doens't have his own animations as I would love to hit some gaps with his RL style.

Yeah I need to really test them all out. I keep meaning to spend some time with my PVR running and work my way through each charcter and do each trick one as normal and once in switch. then compare them. Gooan take fucking ages but might be a good way to kill a day or two.

that was sooooo sick. last two tricks were bonkers, also both the half-cab crooks you did were fkin perfect. this is a cool competition concept - is it open voting?
