Dazzle Or What?

So I'm looking to maybe get a cap card.
I aint getting no fancy HD PVR because that shit expensive, so:
Dazzle? Anything else? What do I need to know etc.
It needs to be quite cheap, I've spent enough on these fucking games already.

so i rock a dazzle 100 mpeg capture, mpeg render.
anchors rocks a dazzle 40 avi capture, avi render.

dazzle 100 costs 100bucks..
back when i got mine it came with pinnicle studio 10.
others bought theres and it came with 15 and what not.
nothin crazy but it works and its cheap.
