I like the healthcare plan, and I wouldn't be thrilled to have a mor(m)on run my country.
Oh and the Obama leading to socialism thing is hilarious.

That's about all I care to say. Good luck Americans

i voted romney because despite the fact that i think he is an awful person, i think he's a good businessman and after four years of burning money i'd say that's what we need. would have voted gary johnson all the way if that wasn't a waste of time.

i say "voted" in the past-tense because i already put in a ballot absentee.

i'm going Obama again on this one,Romney just scares me.he may be a good businessman but in this world our economic woes in this country are just a part of the bigger picture.seems like another war mongering Republican to me.

Romney doesn't know what the fuck he wants. always coming back on things he said he is gonna do.
Biggest thing I have against him is that he wants to get rid of obamacare. healthcare is the greatest thing that has ever happened to the US.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard on the news that 90% of europeans expect obama to win, and also a large portion of that want him to win.
For us europeans republicans seem like fucking nutjobs. also, 3 first ladies?

I am not entirely into politics, so my take isn't worth very much but from what I know about Romney and have heard from talking with various professors at my University he is a jackass who constantly sticks his foot in his mouth. That being said I haven't really seen the great changes Obama campaigned for, but IMO I'd say he is for sure the lesser of the two evils on this one.

    I don't vote.
but, each of the candidates have very visible stink lines so I wouldn't vote for them anyway.

I fucking can't stand politics, I usually stay out of them. I guess with social media it has been thrown in your face more.

I love fact checking and statistics though. Its humorous what fights they decide to waste their time arguing over. Or how when asked they dodge the question. They have spent over $600,000,000 on ads, 30% (conservatively) was wasted on telling us that so-n-so sided with his party. This means $200,000,000 or more was spent to tell us what we obviously already knew.

I don't like either choice AT ALL. On the one side you have the war hungry "I'm going to change my stance so I fit in to what my party thinks I should be." And he just keeps saying the same shit over and over. And his running mate Ryan seems like a total douche. I just don't trust him at all. During the Vice pres debate he must of said 3 or 4 times how "When a side has nothing to say they just put down the other side" this was followed every-time by him putting down the other side.

Then on the other hand you got this guy that is way to concerned about his legacy, pushed the healthcare (right or wrong) at a time we could of spent better facing other issues. And I CAN'T STAND his "I'm like you dawg" mentality. Makes me want to puke.

I did some research this weekend and calculated the jobs growth by % from when each pres took office to when they left. Ronald Reagan was the ONLY republican to improve jobs growth since WWII. The bottom half of the chart is all republicans, the top half besides Reagan all democrats. The republicans keep preaching this over and over that Obama didn't change anything. I'm sorry but he did, it is simple math. When you are losing close to a million jobs a month and then the next month you lose 900,000 then the next 800,000 so on and so on you did change things. Now this did come with a price and we need to pay off that price. Romney might be better fit for this. But they spent to much time talking around this point.

It comes down to me this, Is more jobs more important right now or is lowering our deficit? I'm afraid Obama could keep on track with his spending because it has worked this far, true but I think it has taken us as far as it could go. As shitty as things were 4 years ago if you could of foreseen the jobs be were they are now and the stock market WAY UP where it is today I think any of us would of taken it.

I am totally undecided and will NEVER affiliate myself with one party. I have never agreed with anyone or any group 100% and doubt I ever will.

As far as healthcare goes: frivolous lawsuits and out of control pharmaceuticals is just 2 examples on a laundry list of things that are causing healthcare to be so high. I think the healthcare was important but we needed our sights set elsewhere and it has caused a huge polarization in our country that was poorly timed.

Took snail's quiz for fun. as expected, i was somewhat rounded for all candidates.

I'll vote for Romney. I didn't vote for Obama the first time and, in my opinion, all this change he promised never happened. This is the first election where i haven't really been sure which way i want to go. I'm not sure how either of these morons got the bid.

I'm voting Gary Johnson. The libertarian ideals line up with most of mine. The government should really just stay out of our lives and do only what they're explicitly permitted to do.

Besides this racist excerpt I agree with many of your points, namely:

    1) Republican significant and positive change was decades back; Democrats had the upper hand in recent yrs (Bill Clinton please come back).
    2) Frivolous lawsuits do play a part in health care pricing because various outcomes affect mandates which insurance companies will factor in when pricing your coverage.
    3) Noone will ever agree with one group 100% because the name of the game is compromise; I don't think a woman who is raped should have to give birth to a baby but I also don't like the welfare state that America is increasingly becoming.

Since Bill Clinton your elections seem to be about electing the lesser of 2 evils and I feel the same way now. Say what you will about Obama but he doesn't go about changing his tune depending on which group of people he's standing in front of. Not living up to grandiose expectations is one thing; blatantly and obviously lying directly to others is another.

    Good luck Americans.

Obama. Pretty much everything listed already on both sides. Besides, I don't like the "religious" end of the Right Wing spectrum... And possibly to the point to distrust a Mormon. Not going to lie. If you can't separate church from state, I say keep the fuck out of politics, but there's a lot of folk on that red side that have to throw their Jesus around. I guess it's... Theism? Racism against one's theology? But yeah, I'm probably a Libertarian. Less government in the US, and less US in the rest of the world. Both sides spend too much in those two ways.

Oh, and the insurance companies are the elephant in the healthcare issue's room. As long as those fuckwads are profiting on the potential suffering of others, nothing will ever be fixed. Insurance companies go non profit, and see what happens to a lot of overhead.

Also: Here in "sunny" Washington State, I also voted yes on the legalization of recreational weed. Hopefully, we'll start a trend.

I voted Obama because I do not want Romney even close to the White House and I know that Gary Johnson has no chance of winning.
For other positions I pretty much voted heavy Democrat with some Libertarian and a couple Republicans. I am Unaffiliated so I always
vote for who I consider the best for the position and closer to my own personal interests.

DonVigo made some good points. I voted Obama. My boss at work voted Obama. Honestly, why the fuck would you go red with their small town thinking. My boss, Mr. Keltzien, says that Romney is a thief, based on some past investments. Whatever that means. I don't know, or really care. I feel like the middle class is better off with Obama. Who fucking cares, though? Anyone who ever takes a seat in the office will always be argued against.

    yes it definitely does.
    Legalizing means :
    - better quality / less health risks (i don't mean stronger stuff, i mean controlled stuff)
    - you don't give money to mafias anymore
    - state control => taxes
    - you're not a criminal anymore
    - a whole new look on drugs policy / war on drugs
    - finally admitting prohibition is a joke
    - quit medicinal weed hypocrisy (Netherlands aren't less hypocritic by the way)

yes it does change a lot but i'm not american
& you're voting for a new president as a result weed policy is insignificant

i agree with Slamooh,i mean look at the revenue California generates from the medicinal marijuana market.
plus so many people going through the court system just for petty possession charges,it'd free the judicial system up a bit.
if i can go buy alcohol and cigs, why shouldn't i be able to buy legal marijuana?

i have severe insomnia and have had this pill and that pill pushed on me,but honestly smoking marijuana is the best thing i've used for it.unfortunately there is no medicinal program in my state,so i'm a criminal for trying to get some sleep.
