Your Favorite Fake-Skater

I thought it'd be cool to see who everyone's favorites are in the community.

Top 3? Top 5? Top whatever. All time? Doesn't matter which option you choose.

For me, I'd say my top are: (not in order)

-Sickone- ridiculous filming, editing and outstanding, jaw-dropping skating.
-NotedDerk- UG master, solid skating, boss.
-momadaddy- best at unusual spot-hitting, solid filming, talented thumbs..... Lol
-Granka- speed demon, lucifer's skating step-son, nasty tricks.
-Boxerman- his edits and filming make me jealous, and his skating is too smooth.
-Wiltzuh- what else is there to say? Wiltz is amazing at everything when it comes to skate
-Saunders- That dude rips and he's the hippy flip god. His edits make his videos even better. Definitely one of my favorites.

-Wiltzuh- Had some of the best fake-skating in the game! Sad to see him leave.
-4RN4UD- Currently the best filmer imo. Nice and chill tricks.
-Granka- I'm not that much into Satanic stuff but still, his last video was hands down the best solo I've ever seen.
-Goon Panda- I'm working on a video with him and I see him put down some crazy stuff.
-Muzzy- Creative videos and insane trick selection. Your last solo blew my mind.

currently i'd have to give it to:

Kanen (yes i know, shut up his more recent OG videos were god tier)
4RN4UD/Snowable/whatever you're going by (you've gotten so much better holy shit i remember you when you first came in and now you're just wow oh my god you're so good)
Boxer (good friend and he lights a fire under me every time he pushes out a part i swear to god)
Jean-o (literally zero peers in the game in regards to edits, he does so much crafty shit with s2)
VP (how has he consistently found new spots in a dead game so often)

there's probably a lot more that i could name that i'm forgetting right now

also me. because i'm the best.

That pretty much sums it up I guess. Of course I have my favorites (maybe I will come back to this to do some namedropping), but numerous people put out tons of amazing footage over the years, so it would be very challenging to remember some of these gems or the creative spirits that made it happen, especially since plenty of people deserving an honourable mention might have dropped out a long time ago. Also, traffic on here has been sparse lately, which resulted in a limited number of people catching some exposure. Perception is a tricky thing.

Momadaddy - That mo fo always surprises me with new spots, doing it all with one hand as well.
EternalRewind - He's my doppelganger, I think, love everything he puts out.
VirtualParadise - Smooth as can be on top of finding unique spots, crazy good editor.
im006 - My initial inspiration, back in the og era, always found the most amazing roof gaps.
Granka/H TIO - Does all the same type of stuff I do, but twice as fast, can't beat it. That's what she said!

They're all great in their own way, and at least two of them are still around, thank god for that.

and you're quickly becoming one of my favorites Muhzzy, can't wait to see what you put out next.

My all time favorite: Eflixxx - Because for me he showed a new way of skating and a new way to hit spots.
Stevland - Because he's the master of gaps and has always been a huge inspiration for me since S2.
Cookiesupporter - Because he goes faster than me and is at the same time 1000 times more tech than me. And because he's the fucking homie!
TheBullet - Because of how innovative he's always been.
Knex - Because he's fucking Knex!
Demz - Because no one else pays so much attention in animations as he does!
Perm - Because he's as innovative like TheBullet, but in a more ridiculous way. And he has a great vision for skating.
Wiltz - Because he can skate basically every way there is and he's been a great supplier of videos to watch and great CAPs to skate! A-grade flucker!
Momadaddy - Because the dude has a great style and amazing unique tricks.

TNO: best overall fake skater imo. from skating, editing, filming, creating parks. dude does it all and does it all great. plus he had been around forever
Bullet: he is what he is. no body can do the stuff he does
slamooh: the definition of clean without looking robotic. also creative as fuck
knex: it's just knex. enough said

NotedDerk- Way he hits some things in any of the games can be jaw dropping at times.
VirtualParadise-An amazing mix of creativity and pure style with a way to hit spots no one's thought about hitting.
Sickone-Edits from him are refreshing and stand out like no other, with a style rarely done.
Wiltzuh-Amazing edits, incredible style and makes rather difficult tricks seem effortless.
Saunders-Sheer effortlessness with anything he does and he makes it a treat.

In no order whatsoever. I'm sure I could think of more but these are guys I always watch whenever they put something out.

Ayreon - Really cool tech tricks, his videos never cease to amaze me.
Granka/H TIO - I just love his style of filming and skating.
Luft - His tranny skills blow my mind.

Those are the first 3 that come to mind. I'm not going to name which of them is my favourite though as it's very hard to choose between them.

EDIT: SmurfedYah - The things he can do to spice up the look of his videos are great.

Haven't watched anything recently unfortunately, pretty much ever since the reel completely died out.
