Since Skate.reel has been shut down, how do you make your video parts?

Or record the tv screen with a camera, phone, dvd recorder, anything as long as you can turn it into a digital file

I think nowadays, if you don't mind spending cash at least, the Elgato game capture HD (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Elgato-Captu...dp/B0082J1YCE/) is best option, believe a lot on people on YT/Twitch use it now.
I have an original HD PVR, although is getting old.
Roxio I believe are not that bad if you have to go for something cheaper.
get this: http://www.ezcap.tv/usb-video-captur...6-capture-card
you can upload in 720p with it, much much cheaper solution than an hd cap card
Elgato, el Cato? El Paso! ... Yeah
I make footages with my computer-thing and record-thing, yes very nice!
A good idea is to never start filming skate.
It's like crack, Gotta get the next clip AT ANY COST!
If they were still pumping out new skate content, I'm not sure any of them would've been replayed.
Maybe Skate 1..
It's part of the Nostalgic feeling, Remembering the come up, and the downfall.
That's what I use because I can't get the YouTube reel to work anymore. I'm glad I have the SD card otherwise I'd still be pumping out videos like no other. Also with cap cards lap tops are a breeze to record with because you can bring the computer to the TV not the TV to the computer.
