if s2 had a park creator than im sure a few s3 spots would be attempted.

Fuck if s2 had a park creator, I'd sell the rest of the games I have just to get a cap card.
And for the record, I wouldn't download any s3 spot CAP. I could go to the game shop and get a copy of s3 if I get the urge of playing its spots.
