So I've been looking into this program the only install I could get was CS4
as the newer versions will not run on 32-bit
Is there a huge difference? If not I'd love some pointers
Finding the program a bit hard to follow but I have learned a little bit
Was hoping to get an intro for my youtube channel out of it
People that are using this program, what all have you done?
Curious what's possible I've seen a large range of tutorials
but they seem to be more advanced and pretty fast paced.

If you really plan on doing something in AE.
A tutorial will be your best bet. Ive done lots stuff in AE but it wouldn't possible if the internets didnt have dem tuts.

VideoCo has a lot of great Tutorials that you can "utilize" in skate videos and other vids, probably the best starting point...

its also helpful to know the effect you want to create (I mean the Name of the effect), in youtube Search for AE tutorials on that specific effect

BakerTuts on youtube helped me out heaps, his style of editing is more for CoD overedits but it teaches you the basics like Keyframing ect.
