i played og for likw 6 hours yesterday. this is what i got. i dont like it anymore. the footy is meh. also i am waiting for component cables so i can cap in hd. didnt mess with any settings on my cap card yet. just plugged it in and hit record so it could look better. any advice on settings would be cool. i have a hauppauge hd dvr. some seems to ve eating frames because i am missed a lot. anyways enjoy

With the right programs and settings SD gets pretty damn close to HD.

I would just look it up on google:
best quality capture hauppauge hd dvr
Then when you find the program with the best quality I would search youtube for the settings;
then whatever your editing program is, look up settings for that too.
Those settings videos usually have links to footage showing the quality achieved.
Obviously test things out.. Keep capturing one clip and seeing what settings are best.
Some capturing programs will drop frames, it can seem random but if you know when it usually happens you can avoid it.
Like, if you start capturing and frames drop until you've been capturing for 2 minutes as an example.
If you're having a problem capturing movement, looks blurry, odd in anyway really
it is usually an interlaced video.. just find a program that lets you de-interlace, and usually you would use the blend setting.
Sony Vegas is a good one, de-interlaces, nice hd formats, full screen videos.

That's what I had to put up with in figuring out the device I chose anyway..

Love the back noseblunt nollie heel in, +1 for the NWA shirt too. Legit ass wallie to start a line and a nosebonk to end it... a man after my own fakeskate heart. Skinny ledgework with the back 3 and the back lip kickflip out is impressive as hell. Ender is a mindfuck but the slappy back tail to wallride really killed it. Obligatory "makes me want to play og" comment
