easily puts one on top of the amazing rise and shine part. first rail is ridiculous, a million kinks, 30 feet flat and then over a 6 foot gap... he's probably the best skater on earth right, now or there ever was. already won everything, and not even in his twenties. i guess, we'll see a lot of harder stuff from him in the future, or he dies trying a nollie inward heel to bs nosebluntslide down a 50 stair rail...

Unfortunately he's received alot of hate from the skating community in the last year or 3..........BUT DAMN IF THIS WON'T SHUT THEM UP! Mindbogglingly massive stairs and rails. Is it a narrow section of skateboarding.....of course and my inner pool skater misses seeing it, but you gotta love it for what it is. Fucking Gnarly

As a skater, I love him. Absolutely incredible. Not so much as a person; music videos, high end advertisements, Street Leauge, etc. Not really into all that, and I highly doubt he feels guilty about all of that.

But who cares, this was sick. First trick is amazing, and with pretty much every trick till the ender. Good Lord.

I honestly thought Burman had SOTY on lock and then Nynjah drops this insane part.
He was impressive from the start and I've been a fan for awhile.
Just scared to think of where he'll go to next, but this level of progression is amazing.
Nice to see him have a part that even his haters have to respect the ability needed to create.

you have to respect this for what it is. its not art, its not the typical self-expression we find/seek in other "regular" parts, its pure nextlevel skateboarding. the lack of lines and flowy pushingstyle etc and focuing stickly on bangers shows this. but, dude does this better than ANYBODY else on earth has ever done. hes showing a mental control noone can touch, and hes moving skateboarding forward weather you like it or not. most likely not, because noone so far is able to match this and def not top it.

but again, don compare it to i.e a mj part or a alien production or anything artsy. this is a different beast.

Yeah his mental control is definitely next level. You can tell that split second he lands. He's not just focusing on the trick.

When you watch this part you want to think he does it 20 times until he gets it absolutely perfect. But I don't think so, I think this is just the level he is at. Even if he did a long flowey line, it would still look methodical and not improvised.

You might be right but there were only 2 parts that every skater saw this year. Burnquist and now this. I would not be surprised in the least if Bob got second in the voting.

Yeah, I could see Bob getting a nod for his vid, but it wouldn't be from me.
I have immense respect for Bob when it comes to his ability, passion, and innovation in regards to life and skateboarding.
He's also easily one of my Top 10 favorite skaters of all-time and that says a lot since I am not a Vert fan.
However, I don't think I could ever vote someone into SOTY based on a Mega part.
It'd be like giving Surfer of the Year to some jock getting jet towed into a 50 ft pipe.
I think I'm just too much of a crotchety old skater set in my ways.
