Default City Sights - Presented by CAP Faction

Whats up guys, here my newest creation. A bit different then what I have been putting out. This spots nice, clean, and modern so put on your white pants and dress shirts.

I like it, checking this out later.

What time are you able to upload pics?
I've been trying the past two days to get one photo uploaded for my next video and it always fails.

I love the piece you used for that bank, and the long wall of windows looks sick. My favorite part though is something rzrfvr did recently too, in using wedge ledges as box pillars like in the 4th pic. It just looks so natural!

I see why you say it's not really like your recent style but this looks fantastic

os! God damn man! You've got the whole package in this one. It has a really distinctive look (from what the pics show me) and looks like some fun spots too. Son of a bitch..

This is how you seamlessly integrate a park with the lot buildings ladies and gentlemen. Looks very modern and clean. Lots of great things to skate too!

Thanks man, Yeah I stole rzrfvr's pillar idea and incorporated with the idea for buildings I had for the first sotw. If it wasn't for rzrfvr and Budduh I think I'd be out of ideas.

Thanks for all the compliments guys!!! I've been hoping to adapt to 2 different styles for awhile now - Clean /pretty and of course my favorite dirty / grungy. Dirty / grungy seems to be my go too but I think I might start doing more clean / pretty shiz after feeling this parks a success.

    Thanks again!!! Means a lot!

Am I the only person who experiences extreme lag/framerate drop when there is more then four or so trees in the field of view?

The park is astonishing, don't get me wrong, everything looks great and all the trees fit, but the lag is just ridiculous.
The only thing I can hit in this park without this issue is the handrail in pic 8.

and I know xbox doesn't have this issue.

Dude, stop dissing my park!! (haha, kidding of course..) I haven't had any issues in here and haven't had anyone mention it yet. I have heard of people complaining about frame rate / lag before in other parks both mine and others, but have yet to have it happen to me. Maybe it was just a weak connection and/or load of the park at that time?

i remember someone posting some really complicated/confusing explanation as to why certain pieces and textures seem to cause frame rate issues. i've seen it myself several times and it seems to always involve lots of trees clustered together. it's kind of a bummer sometimes, but i'm willing to accept it for the sake of a great looking park.

killer park, old-skooler! i'll to session this later.

I get that sometimes and I find it happens more with parks other people have made that I'm just sessioning rather than ones I've made myself (although I've had ones I've made cause other people to lag out)

Basically, play the park for a long while. Old-skooler-34's parks will frequently lag out on me when I first load them up but after playing for about fifteen minutes they get all smooth.
