Eastborough Financial Center (A Pandora Creation) XBOX 360| All DLC
What's up guys!? It's been a while since my last addition to Eastborough, with the servers all crazy I was uninspired to finish parks, now that things are back on track the energy is back! This is based off of a plaza I saw by my house in Brooklyn, so it's got an east coast feel. EFC is a spot that most people pass during their daily commute, other people enjoy there lunch breaks in the park, but most skateboarders dream of skating all there is to hit there. The security has the place generally locked down during the day, but recently the head of security got replaced with a guy who works during the day, leaving him too tired to be alert on the night shift. Break out the lights and sesh this shit for all its worth!
The three block works as a manual pad a tech spot and is also right next to a decent 2 flat 2 gap there are loads of ways to hit this spot.

these stairs lead to the seating area and a second stair set leads to the exit leaving room to explore options

it may look simple but its the polar opposite.

EFC isn't a huge scale park but there is alot to skate and alot of space for long lines in every direction, Download it and see for yourself!

Turn your xbox off, turn it back on go to system settings and then go to memory, clear your cache 4 times and then start playing skate, I got this tip from DUCE NLS and its worked wonders for me. Of all the caps I've built this one has had me coming back again and again you can just skate circles for hours.
