I Need Help!

I'm doing a school assignment, and it involves making a website. Now i could just make a shitty 10 minute one, but i would like to get high marks and have a high detailed website.

So, this is where any of you come in handy. Does anyone have good programs, that are fairly simple to use but will also make it a great website?

I did this is school last year and we used a program called micromedia dreamwever. It's fairly simple.

Macromedia Dreamweaver. (Now it's called Adobe Dreamweaver) My school uses that, I didn't take the class though.

KompoZer is another program but is really basic.. I've used Dreamweaver too
